Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary is recognized federally as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose primary goal is to place homeless dogs into loving, lifelong homes.
Mackenzie's is funded solely by private donations and fundraisers and does not receive any state, local or federal funding. Our major expenses are the result of the extensive medical care we provide for each dog in our care, including wormings, vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries.
Every dog living at Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary deserves to find a permanent, loving forever home. Until that happens, we are here to provide a safe haven, a home along the way, no matter how long it takes to find the right family. Please think of our furry friends and donate what you can. Your gifts will provide continuing veterinary care, food, bedding, toys and obedience training to name just a few ways your support helps.

Come join us EVERY SUNDAY starting June 6th at HOP CAT from 1:00 - 4:00pm for a fun afternoon of socializing and fellowship with other dog lovers.

Yappy Hour proceeds will help Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary, the largest no-kill sanctuary in the Midwest dedicated to finding homes for abused, abandoned and neglected dogs.
