Hi, my name is Nectarine. I came all the way from Best Friends in Utah to live in MI with my friend Jim on 9/1/2000 and my birth date is 10/29/1996. He takes care of me at the Sanctuary. I would love a forever home, but as of now I am not adoptable due to my extreme anxieties.
I am extremely intelligent and need to be mentally challenged. I am wonderful in the house and very sweet, but I have extreme separation anxiety, which means I don’t like to be left alone in any circumstance. I’m also very scared of thunderstorms but I have a dog friend named Stone that stays with me and makes me feel a much better.
I love going for long walks with Jim, Eddie and Dawn, they are my favorite people and do the best walks.
