Leah is a great & goofy young girl that loves being with people, as you can see from her pictures! She has been at Mackenzie's since 10/4/2005. She might be a little shy of new people or situations at first, but once she takes a few minutes to meet you she comes right out of her shell. Leah enjoys the company of other energetic playful dogs who have a less-alpha attitude. She loves to play and has a very outgoing personality. Sometimes she might show her lab excitement for people with a little jumpiness at first, but relaxes very fast. Leah is very smart and desires to please her people. She would thrive in obedience classes with her adoptive family, and it would also be a great way to establish a close bond.
